The tradition<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”desc-seconda-home”]In our company we always try to remain faithful to a fundamental value: the attention to tradition.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”desc-seconda-home seconda-desc-tradizione”]It is just this need of carrying on our viticultural tradition which allows us to produce quality wines, recognizable and good. Technology is at the service of tradition, in order to enhance it and to continue it, always keeping up with the times and the novelties of the sector.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”quarta-tradizione container”][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”desc-quarta-tradizione”]<\/p>\n

Every year after the harvest we take the grapes to the winery so that they can be crushed and put to ferment.<\/p>\n

The skins, which are left immersed for about ten days, infuse the wine with all those components that make it structurally balanced and pleasant.
\nOnce the alcoholic fermentation process is completed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, which, by smoothing out the harshness, gives the wine softness, roundness and solidity.<\/p>\n

After periodical racking, we try to refine the flavor of the wine in small oak barrels in order to obtain more finesse and value. This phase can last more or less long, depending on the quality of the wine. Finally, comes the bottling phase. In the bottles, in the cool of the cellars and in our infernotes, the wine completes its maturation completely developing its bouquet of flavors and smells and reaching the top of its expression.<\/p>\n
